Mental Health & Wellbeing Training
At Maestro Wellbeing we believe there are two key aspects to mental health and wellbeing:
Prevention
Raising awareness, challenging stigma and discrimination, fostering positive wellbeing cultures, and creating supportive workplaces. Wellbeing is everyone's responsibility.
Care
Taking responsibility for self-care, and managers and organisations pro-actively supporting their people, knowing what to do, how to do it and where to access help when needed.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Training is designed to cover both of these essential aspects, integrating prevention and care into a comprehensive approach.
