Coaching Process
Step 1.
Exploratory meeting between coach and client to establish if there is a good fit and explore what they want to achieve.
Step 2.
Set up initial meeting with all parties involved i.e. sponsors and managers, to clarify expectations, contracts, desired outcomes, confidentiality, check-in’s etc.
Step 3.
Agree number of sessions, most clients go with four to six sessions of 1 hour to 90mins – these can be face to face or online via Zoom/Teams, at mutually agreed times.
Step 4.
Set up meeting to review progress and results with all parties involved.
