Team Coaching Process 

Step 1. 

Set up meeting with key stakeholders and manager of the team to establish current situation, expectations and desired changes and outcomes. 

Step 2. 

Meet with the team to establish the coaching relationship, clarify roles and expectations, build rapport and trust and identify the common purpose, mission and priorities of the team. 

Step 3. 

Conduct an assessment and analysis of the current team dynamics, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. 

Step 4. 

Work with the team to develop a plan of action based on the assessment and agree timescales, measures of improvement and success. 

Step 5. 

Monitor and evaluate progress against the agreed outcomes and goals and adapt the coaching approach as the team progresses. 

Step 6. 

Review with the manager and stakeholders against desired outcomes and goals.
